Anal has been working in food industry for over 13 years and holds a Masters degree in Food Safety, and a B.Eng. in Food Processing. In his experience he has worked with industries ranging from small family owned companies to large companies having multiple plants in different countries.
He is passionate about Food Safety as well as Quality Systems.
